CABAA Officers & Board of Directors - 2008 The CABAA Board of Directors is nominated and elected from and by the General Membership of the Association. The last Annual Meeting and Election took place on January 25, 2008, where a new slate of directors was elected by members that were present and by proxy. The new Board then met and immediately elected the Officers from the newly elected Directorship. The current By-Laws allow for up to 12 active Directors. Terms of service are usually for 3 years, and are staggered. If a resignation occurs mid-year, the Board will vote to fill the vacancy or not, at its discretion. Your 2008 Board of Directors
